Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Co-Founder cum Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our business development and sales strategies from inception to execution. As an integral part of our founding team, you'll leverage your entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, and marketing prowess to drive our company's growth, establish partnerships, and amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the founding team to define overall business strategies, set objectives, and execute plans that align with the company's vision and mission.

Business Development : Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including target market analysis, customer acquisition, and retention plans.

Brand Building : Lead the development and execution of a compelling brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to resonate with our target audience.

Marketing Campaigns : Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Metrics and Analytics : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize marketing and sales efforts, ensuring maximum ROI.

Team Leadership :- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Qualifications :

- Entrepreneurial Spirit : Proven experience in scaling early-stage startups or launching new products/services, ideally as a co-founder or in a leadership role.

- Strategic Thinker : Ability to think strategically, set priorities, and execute methodically with a track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.

- Sales Acumen : Strong understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Marketing Expertise : Deep knowledge of branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management across various channels.

- Analytical Mindset : Proficiency in using data and analytics tools to measure performance, derive insights, and make informed decisions.

- Leadership Skills : Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
