Aero Business Solutions - Manager/Senior Manager - International B2B Sales (8-12 yrs)

The person will be responsible for all activities related to International Sales and new business development in the US and other potential markets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management.


Responsibilities :

- Manage B2B sales in international market and constantly devise new strategies and plans to increase sales in newer markets globally.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team through new business development and key account management.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base in international markets and ensure its strong presence across all product lines

- Undertake a process-oriented approach for managing all data through the utilization of a CRM for the entire team

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

- Ensure the sales operations are completed in agreement with the regulations and policies of the organization.

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Analyze and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports.

- Assist international sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.

- Fair understanding of B2B Sales cycle.

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence customers.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Strong business sense.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

- Ready to work in night shifts.
