Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content/Social Media Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. In this role, you will lead a team of content creators and social media specialists, driving strategy and execution across various platforms to achieve our clients' objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing decks and pitches to showcase our capabilities and secure new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, including writers, designers, and videographers, to produce high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email, and more.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including account managers, strategists, and creative teams, to ensure content initiatives are aligned with client goals and objectives.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify content opportunities, trends, and audience insights to inform strategy development and optimization.

- Oversee content production workflows, including ideation, creation, editing, and publishing, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

- Prepare persuasive decks and pitches to showcase our expertise, capabilities, and past successes to prospective clients, demonstrating our value proposition effectively.

- Produces high-quality work that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Manage social media platforms, including content calendar planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media performance.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding content and social media initiatives.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and feedback, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.

- Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.

Decks and Pitches:

- Develop compelling and visually appealing presentations, decks, and pitches to showcase our agency's capabilities, case studies, and proposed strategies to potential clients.

- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to tailor pitches to specific client needs and objectives.

- Present pitches and participate in client meetings as needed to secure new business opportunities

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience 3+ years in content creation, social media management, within a marketing agency or similar environment.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.

- Proficiency in content management systems

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to clients or stakeholders.
