Role Overview :

- As a Client Service Advisor/Senior Advisor, you'll be at the heart of Client's mission to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Your role involves making clients feel at ease, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and even helping them discover how our products can enhance their lives. You'll also be a key player in promoting collaboration and process improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Your day-to-day will be about connecting with clients via phone. You'll be their friendly voice, ensuring their questions and concerns are met with warmth and expertise.

Requirements :

- Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills, especially in English, are vital.

- While a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a contact center role is valuable, having a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach is equally crucial.
