What would your day as an Insurance Advisor look like ?

- Serve as the face of the Insurance Advisory at Fintech, engaging directly with our customers.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and provide personalized recommendations for insurance policies.

- Simplify and explain policy elements and features to showcase products that align with the customers' requirements.

- Assist customers throughout their insurance purchasing journey, offering guidance and support.

- Utilize calls and WhatsApp/Chat as the primary channels for customer interaction.

- Collaborate with Product/Tech teams to enhance our platform and deliver a better advisory experience to our customers.

- Ability to analyse situations and grasp context quickly when conversing with customers.

- Ability to rationally think through alternatives basis presented alternatives, keeping in mind customer context.

- Tech-Savviness and basic computer skills are essential for leveraging our tools and platforms effectively.

Important : This role will have a 6-day working with rotational week-off and 9-hour shift between 8am to 11pm.
