The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Inbound & outbound calls to Potential Customers To Inform, Convince And Sell insurance Services
- Develop And Sustain Solid Relationships With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business
- Identify customers- needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Accurately Record Details Of Customer's
- Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Performance
- Refer Customer Requests/Complaints To Designated Departments
- And Follow-Up To Ensure Action Has Been Take
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C) role in Insurance sales, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
