- This is an Investor Sales role with a focus on Advising investors on real estate wealth management by investing on the Client properties and developments.
- Manage on going and structured communication across meetings, email, phone, and social media with investor(s) and investor groups across India. Initial focus on the cities of Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmadabad (Gujarat) and Kolkata.
- Achieve Investor Sales targets within the time lines for each project.
- Participate in product development by giving genuine investor feedback.
- Maintain and grow relationships with investor(s) and investor groups.
- Preferably at least 3+ years of experience in real estate sector, 8-10 years of overall customer relations / investment management experience (Graduate in any discipline).
