Brief :
- Salary Package : upto 3 Lakhs per annum (Additionally, Good Incentives Benefits)
- Gender : Male / Female
- Age Bar : upto 29 years
- Minimum Six Months Experienced candidates (BPO background)
- Minimum HSC passed
Roles and Responsibility
- To advise customers on Chats/Video Calls with regard to the product ranges; best skin care products for their skin type, skincare regime, cosmetics to suit their skin tone, make-up tips, etc.
- To proactively stay updated on new or existing products and build a strong knowledge base on the details such as ingredients, benefits so as to customize the advice and better serve the customers.
- To recommend beauty products to customers as per the suitability
- Good computer and typing skills
- Strong knowledge of beauty (make-up, skincare, haircare, etc.)
- Knowledge of various brands of beauty products and their use
