Job Description :
- 3 years of experience in After Sales Service/Support role, preferably automobile or marine related industry
Job Responsibilities :
- Call down to all customers to understand satisfaction
- Receive, log and track status of complaints
- Trouble-shoot problems by phone, whatsapp and sometimes in person
- Coordinate dispatch of support technicians and understand issue resolution requirements - parts and skills
- Follow-up to close complaint and delight customer
- Track sale of parts required for support
- Conduct regional service camps for repair and customer feedback
- Provide clear summary - product feedback- and - process feedback- recommendations based on complaints for OEM
Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
