ROLE DESCRIPTION:

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of the National Sales Manager's diary and appointments, prospect communication, proposals, contracts, updating our database (Zoho) and general administrative duties. They play a major role in managing our leads and sales pipeline.

COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET :

- Strong communication skills.

- Good database management skills.

- Analyzing and research skills.

- Project management.

- Video editing and digital marketing skills (Not mandate).

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Must have worked in Basic IT domain.

- Should be strong and exposed to Financial market (Both India and International).

- Ability to work in an agile and remote team.

- Eye for detail and identifying problems.

- Basic understanding of agile techniques, scrum methodologies. (Not mandate).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technical Duties :

- MBA Business / Finance or prior exposure to financial domain with basic knowledge IT domain.

- Responding to sales/customer queries and providing technical advice;

- Entering customer orders accurately, within timeframes to ensure delivery deadlines are met;

- Offering full support to the National Sales Manager and team, including diary management, arranging meetings, etc;

- Managing an inbox & processing all incoming requests for quotations in to the CRM;

- Account Alterations

- Demo account setup

- Currently working in a Financial Domain with exposure to international market.

- Can carry out a multiple role as per organization needs.

Operational Skills and Experience :

- Sales strategy and execution - manage an integrated sales strategy and leading a team to effectively execute it across multiple digital and offline channels, using data analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions

- Excellent customer service and telephone manner

- A "can do" attitude with lots of initiative;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Helpful and proactive nature

- A high attention to detail

- Good geographical knowledge of Australia

- A willingness to learn


- Helpful and proactive nature

- Managing a strategic, integrated campaign calendar for all online and offline sales initiatives that drives sales and retention.

Team Management :

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
