Business Development Manager - Publisher sales

Job Description :

- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as building up on our existing business segments.

- Responsible for lead generation, new publisher acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with High net worth App Developers, mobile web publishers and SSP's.

- Identify and build strategic partnerships within digital mobile content verticals.

- Forecast demand and accordingly negotiate and plan supply of inventory to maximize ROI.

- Structure and close business.

- Account Management for existing and new publisher's partners.

- Handle daily publisher inventory and work with internal sales, Ad-Operations and Product teams to ensure quality customer service.

- Identifying and onboarding relevant SUPPLY partners like direct publishers etc.

- Liasoning with existing partners at various levels including but not limited to operational, contractual, product level etc.

- Monitor the overall health of various partnerships by tracking key reports and KPI metrics

- Working with internal teams and lending BD support to successfully execute new projects.

- Mapping competition and the ecosystem to discover and assess relevant opportunities.

Requirements :

- 4-6 years professional experience in Business Development and Sales.

- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor degree in Business or similar from a top university

- Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/requirements, end to end

- An exceptionally motivated person, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic company

- Team player as well as ability to work independently

- High attention to details

- Extremely organised, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.

- Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics.
