Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales team & other departments to resolve customer queries.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction level by providing timely & accurate response to customers.
- Manage leads on monday.com, updates CRM, fixes meeting with customers, assigns leads.
- Collaborate in team for learning and sharing knowledge.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly report.
Job Requirement
- Having excellent skill of EXCEL, Access, and other data handling tools
- Good Communication - verbal and written.
- Preferably from Supply Chain background
Office Time: Shift flexible - Night Shift
Working Day: Mon - Fri
