We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic IT services organization. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of cutting-edge IT solutions and services to potential clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MBA (Marketing graduate) who is passionate about technology, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to kick-start their career in sales within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Client Engagement : Engage with prospective clients through various communication channels (phone calls, emails, and online meetings), understand their IT requirements, and effectively articulate the value propositions of our services.

2.Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our IT services portfolio, staying up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements, and effectively convey the technical details to non-technical clients.

3.Lead Generation : Proactively identify and generate leads through market research, industry events, networking, and referrals. Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage lead generation campaigns.

4.CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

5. Work with the Business Analyst to understand the data needs.

6. Understand the client target profile and sales approach.

7. Understand, define and expand the client ecosystem.

8. Understand and leverage the sources of information.

9. Understand the tools to research the data and also capture the data.

10.Keep adding to the sources of information.

11. Work with the automation team to automate the search to the extent possible.

12.Update the platform with the researched information.

13.Understand and implement the data aggregation rules.

14. Ensure the quality of the researched data and communicate the confidence level.

Skills And Experience :

1. Excellent web research acumen and interest.

2. Ability to work on software platforms. SDLC

3. Pre-sales and Business development experience

4. Good communication skills

5. Good understanding of the business.

6. Structured and Process oriented.

7. Ability to look for innovative ways to search and keep adding to the sources.

8. Ability to communicate the need of automation.

Qualification :

BE/ BTech / MBA- Sales & Marketing Skills: - Lead Generation, Good Communication Skills and B2B Sales Knowledge
