Job Summary :

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue through effective management and optimization of advertising platforms, focusing on mobile apps and gaming platforms. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the US gaming and ad network market. This includes expertise in AdMob, other renowned ad networks, and Sell-Side Platforms (SSPs). The Ads Monetization Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine monetization strategies, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for revenue growth in the mobile app and gaming sectors within the US market.

Responsibilities :

Ad Strategy Development for US Gaming Market :

- Develop and implement effective monetization strategies specifically tailored for the US gaming market, emphasizing user engagement and revenue growth.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ad monetization for the US gaming market.

Platform Management :

- Manage relationships with advertising platforms and networks, including AdMob, ensuring optimal performance and revenue generation for mobile apps and gaming within our multi-game platform.

- Optimize ad placements and formats across various networks, SSPs, and gaming platforms to enhance user experience and maximize revenue in the US gaming sector.

US Gaming and Ad Network Market Analysis :

- Analyze and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ad revenue and user engagement in the US gaming market, utilizing analytics tools provided by platforms like AdMob and gaming ad networks.

- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the monetization strategy for mobile apps and gaming within our multi-game platform.

A/B Testing for US Gaming Market :

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and user engagement on mobile apps and gaming platforms within our multi-game platform.

- Implement and analyze experiments to improve click-through rates and conversion rates in the US gaming sector.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and design teams to align ad monetization strategies with overall business objectives in the mobile app and gaming domains within our multi-game platform.

- Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

US Gaming and Ad Network Market Knowledge :

- Stay well-informed about the US gaming and ad network market, including trends, player behavior, and the competitive landscape.

- Leverage knowledge of the US market to drive effective monetization strategies.

Compliance and Policies :

- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure ad content complies with relevant policies on mobile apps and gaming platforms within our multi-game platform.

- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any issues related to ad content in the US gaming and ad network market.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in ad monetization, with a focus on mobile apps and gaming platforms, and expertise in AdMob, other popular ad networks, and SSPs.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with advertising platforms and networks specific to mobile apps and gaming, including AdMob, Google Ad Manager, gaming ad networks, and others.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- A/B testing experience and proficiency in interpreting analytics tools.

- Knowledge of industry trends, digital advertising technologies, and best practices, particularly in the mobile app and gaming sectors within the US market.

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
