What we are looking for ?
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Online Bidder to help us expand our clientele.
- You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ability to generate new business from online bidding portals
- Prior experience in handling online bidding on different portals
- Ability to create proposals, prepare project schedules and review documentations
- Account management of national and international clients to achieve desirable results
- Inventing innovative business development plans and strategies
- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
- Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
- Work with management to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
- Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
Key skills Required :
- Basic knowledge of IT sales
- Knowledge of online bidding portals and social media lead generations
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of web and digital marketing services
- Comfortable with flexible work timings
- Ensure regular market and competitor analysis
