Glimpse of the role:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with the organization's potential clients.You will serve as the main point of contact between the company and these strategic clients, ensuring client naturing and their satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Understand the client's business needs, objectives, and challenges.

- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on commercial and residential properties, and -industry trends.

- Act as the primary point of contact for any inquiries, issues, or requests from clients.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and nurture leads.

- Client Needs Assessment and revenue growth:

- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the client's pain points and requirements.

- Propose customized solutions and tailor offerings to meet client-specific needs.

- Develop and execute sales strategies.

- Address any issues or challenges promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

- Site visits ensure smooth communication.

Contract Management:

- Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with key clients.

- Negotiate contract terms, renewals, and modifications as necessary.

- Act as a mediator in the event of disputes or conflicts between the company and key clients.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update both internal teams and clients on progress.

- Work to find mutually beneficial solutions and maintain a positive client relationship.

Qualifications and desired skill set:

1.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. At Least 2 years of proven experience in key account management or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

3. Must be from a digital marketing agency or real estate industry.

4.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

6. Must be demeanor and amicable to nurture potential client relationships.

7. Ability to travel as needed to meet with key clients.
