Adroit Biomed - Paid Media Specialist (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Researching and implementing new paid media ideas/features/strategies in a systematic manner for D2C brand
2. Exploring different platform features for better optimization and conversion.
3. Strategize, manage, monitor, and analyze all aspects of the company's paid marketing strategy across the following channels: Google, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram.
4. Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, Quora Ads & programmatic ads
5. Do consumer profiling to define Target Audience & draw Consumer insights & map digital touch points for all Paid Media Channels.
6. Monitor and analyze cross-channel (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) tracking & conversions in our CRM to optimize media buying and identify new growth opportunities.
7. Monitor and analyze metrics on all channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to track campaign performance, targets, and goals, including providing detailed ROI analysis and forecasting based on the Ad spends.
8. Giving a brief to the designer on how the creative/video will look for any paid media channel.
9. Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition.
10. Responsible for planning, optimizing, and reporting campaigns to meet and surpass the organization success metrics.
11. Identify new products, services, and revenue-generating offerings that will develop a long-term, sustainable competitive advantage
12. Goal is to help generate quality leads across all digital advertising platforms and manage the media budget.

Experience - 3+yrs relevant experience
Comfortable with working from office (Location - LBS Road, Kurla W)
