- We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Sales team, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and business development in the field of IT Services Sales (Digital marketing, Web Development, App. Development). The person should be result driven ,smart and a great motivator who can mentor the team.

- The person must know the importance of Digital Marketing, Website Development, Apps Development in increasing the effectiveness of business.

- The incumbent must be smart, presentable with good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with company goals

- Manage contracts and negotiations with clients to achieve profitable deals
