Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli)
Experience: 6+ months experience into outbound calling, pre-sales calling
CTC offered: upto 4 lacs fixed
Job Responsibilities :
As the Admissions Associate, you will be responsible for:
1. Speaking with leads to qualify them based on their profile and intent to study abroad.
2. Co-ordinate and set up the handover of this lead to predetermined (regional) admissions counselors.
3. Preferably CRM-friendly.
- The Admissions Associate will be responsible for working directly as the 1st level of interaction with prospective Students/Parents.
- They have the unique opportunity to represent The Company by being the first touch point with the students, and thus ensuring they project a strong and professional image of the organization.
Who are we looking for?
1. Qualification: Bachelor degree
2. Experience: 6+ months of professional experience in either sales or tele calling.
Experience in BPO Sales will also be considered
3. Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software-LSQ experience will be preferred
5. Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a "get-it-done" attitude
Working Hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm
