About Process :

- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.

- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

- Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated real-time on CRM (Salesforce) software

- Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.

- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.

- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue

- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on boarded

Title : Admission Counselor

Location : Mumbai - Andheri & Thane

Requirement :

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (8/10)

- Relevant experience in selling Data Science, Executive education and big ticket programs.

- Candidates can be sourced from any industry who have hard core sales experience .

- Understand and effectively communicate what it is offering to its prospective students and close applications.

- Strong sales bent of mind

- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable

- A team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines

- Deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.

- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy

- Approachable and vibrant personality

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate

Shift timings : 10 am-7 :30 pm

Transport Boundaries : Source candidates from nearby location only

Transport Facility : NA

Salary Range : 3-7 LPA + Variables (Depends on the skills, knowledge, interview)


Weekly Off : Tuesday, rotational Sunday after looking at the performance

Age : Upto 40 Years

USP : Day shift, Brand
