Admission Counselor - Sales - Education (1-6 yrs)
Role: Admission Counselor
Qualification: Graduation/PG
Experience required: A minimum of 1 year of experience in EdTech is required, If not from the Edtech Industry, then 2 years of specific experience in
Sales required
Location: Mumbai (Work From Office) - 6 days working
Compensation: up to 9 LPA (Fixed)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice,
- Counseling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how up Grad can catalyze their career.
- Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets.
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of up Grad's model of online/blendedlearning.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making
- Phone /video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.
- Experience in EdTech Sales would be an advantage.

Skills Required :
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
- Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what UP Grad is offering to its prospective students and close applications.
- Approachable and vibrant personality.
- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
