Qualification : Graduation/PG

Experience required : Minimum 1 Years to Maximum 6 years (Fresher's also consider)

Location : Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad (Work From Office) - 6 days working

Interview Type : F2F

Compensation : up to 4 LPA (Fixed) and 4 LPA Variable for Freshers, up to 5 - 6 LPA Fixed and 4 LPA Variable for Experience

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Being a mentor and guide, who potential learners can look up to for career advice,

- Counseling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how up Grad can catalyze their career.

- Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets.

- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of upGrad's model of online/blended learning.

- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making

- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing

- Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.


- Experience in EdTech Sales would be an advantage.

- Rock star sales performers with proven track records.

- Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond with our potential learners.


- Individuals With the ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy.

- Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback,

- Prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines.

Skills Required

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).

- Strong sales bent of mind, in order to understand and effectively communicate what UP Grad is offering to its prospective students and close applications.

- Approachable and vibrant personality.

- Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.

- Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.

- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
