Admission Counselor - Sales - Education (1-4 yrs)
- Meet personal and team admission targets using various customer sales methods (Inbound, Referrals, Outbound, presentations, networking etc).
- Contact potential students to inform them about relevant program using scripts to provide Information about program features and their benefits.
- Cold call people using a given database to enroll students and ensuring recording & updating the details in the CRM
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the students requirements and evaluate potential students skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Research accounts, generate or follow through leads
- Attend meeting, events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Maintain and expand student database within your assigned territory/school
- Adherence of the sales/ admission process from plan to closure.
- Implementing all BDL activities for the Institute
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
