Job Description: Admission Counselor

Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Compensation:

Average Hike: 10-30% of the current/previous Fixed Salary

Roles and Responsibilities :

- As an Admission Counselor for our esteemed EdTech client, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring potential learners towards a successful career path through our educational offerings. Your responsibilities include:

- Acting as a mentor and guide, providing valuable career advice to potential learners.

- Counseling prospective learners, assisting them in planning their career trajectory and demonstrating how our programs can enhance their prospects.

- Meeting weekly enrolment, revenue, and collection targets.

- Showcasing the uniqueness and effectiveness of our online/blended learning model.

- Managing the entire sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, from initial contact to post-sales relationship management.

- Maintaining a comprehensive CRM database of all lead interactions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or 2 years of sales experience in related fields.

- Demonstrated track record of sales performance.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong sales acumen to effectively communicate the value proposition of our programs and drive conversions.

- Approachable and vibrant personality with a high level of empathy.

- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent task prioritization skills.

- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred.

Screening Points:

- Industry targets: BPO/KPO & EdTech Company.

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualifications required.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred, though freshers will also be considered.

- Excellent communication skills are a must.
