Roles And Responsibilities :
- Student Onboarding : You will be responsible for bringing students onboard our platform, guiding them through the registration process, and ensuring a smooth start to their Qollabb journey.
- Personalized Support : Provide one-on-one guidance to students from day one, addressing their queries, and concerns, and assisting them throughout their engagement with Qollabb.
- Query Resolution : Proactively resolve student queries, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the platform and its offerings.
- Project Evaluation : Encourage students to get their projects evaluated and motivate them to propose for the Certificate of Completion, enhancing their credibility and skills recognition.
Qualifications :
- Freshers based out in Faridabad or nearby locations only.
- Effective Communication : Strong communication skills are essential to engage with students and provide them with clear guidance.
- Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail is crucial, ensuring accurate and comprehensive support to students.
- Independence and Collaboration : Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to different situations and student needs.
