Admission Counselor - Education (1-6 yrs)
Job Title: Admission Counselor
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech industry preferred.
- Alternatively, candidates with 2 years of specific experience in Sales will be considered.
Working Days: 6 days a week
Location: Mumbai
Interview Type: Face-to-Face
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized guidance and assistance to prospective students.
- Navigate them through the enrollment process for top-quality courses and programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for students.
Compensation: Up to 8 LPA (Fixed) with a variable component of 4 LPA.
An average hike of 10-30% on the current/previous Fixed Salary is negotiable.
Note: Candidates should have a proven track record of sales or counseling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
