Admission Counselor (1-9 yrs)
End-to-end knowledge from counseling to visa process about the USA.
- Participate in conversations with students to grasp their career and educational goals.
- Assist students in choosing courses that align with their objectives.
- Evaluate student strengths and weaknesses.
- Offer advice on institutional policies and procedures.
- Proficient in management tools i.e. CRM.
- Use a lead management tool to track and oversee the advancement of student leads.
- Maintain leads and application pipelines current for successful conversion.
- Proficiency in MS Office, communication skills, critical thinking, and positive attitude to promote work ethics and culture.
- Customer service experience, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
- Any other task assigned by the Manager.
