We are hiring for an online learning platform that provides professional skill development of youth by giving them an opportunity of experiential learning and imparting them with practical knowledge.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Reaching out to prospective students and persuading them to purchase the courses

- Addressing the queries and suggestions on time by students and acting on them on the quick TAT

- Adhering strictly to the sales calls SLAs

- Calling active and budding students to encourage the purchase of courses

- Achieving targeted business

- Working on lead generation

- Building strong relationships with influencers in the target group/ensuring favorable word of mouth

- Understanding the customer requirement thoroughly and pitching products/services accordingly

- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales

- Being aware of the work being done by the competition and coming up with strategies to acquire those accounts

- Meeting the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets

- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of other dispositions

- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.

- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.

- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.

- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.

- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- You have at least 2 years experience within a Counsellor or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the IT Services industry.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
