Admissions Officer at Campus Group Education (India) Private Limited for CQUniversity, Australia, South Asia Office

Location : Gurugram

Job Summary :

The primary functions of this position are coordinating various aspects of enrolment of students in the international campuses of CQUniversity, Australia. The Admissions Officer works under the supervision of a senior associate or manager. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced, moderately noisy and team-based.

Key Responsibilities :

I. Operations Management Tasks

- Receives and reviews requests related to student's respective admission life cycle stage

- Processes applications and requests in a timely and accurately fashion

- Continually liaise with students /agents on the phone and through email

- Reviews records and reports for accuracy and corrects any issues

- Prepares reports and distributes them electronically

- Maintains confidentiality of all records

- May perform any other functions associated with enrolment of students in CQU

- Supports filing of documents & other records in CRM

II. Partnering

- Coordinates with other persons within the Team to ensure effective and efficient operations and resolve issues that may occur

III. Communication

- Responds to inquiries from team members, agents and students

- Corresponds both orally and in writing with internal and external parties

IV. Company Contribution

- Assists with related special projects, as and when required

Job Requirements :

- Masters Degree.

- Smart individuals with excellent English Language Communications Skills both spoken and written.

- Individuals should be ready to work in a hybrid mode: Work from Home / work from office mode.

Experience Guidelines :

- Freshers are welcome to apply for the position

- Ability to write business correspondence and procedures in English

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in English from groups of people, clients, vendors and others both inside & outside CQUniversity South Asia Office.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

- Basic word processing skills.

- Basic spreadsheet (Excel) skills.

- Good presentation skills.

Skills :


- For this exciting role we are looking at hiring entry level team members with exceptionally good communication skills.

- From the BPO / KPO sector who are looking for a day shift.

- Whose travel time (one way) from our office is not more than one hour or at maximum one hour and thirty minutes

- Willing to work in a hybrid mode - work from home and work from office.

- We provide the opportunity to selected team members to work in a hybrid mode at the discretion of the management considering various parameters including satisfactory performance while working from office.

Key terms of Employment :

Pay Range: Gross pay (including contribution to PF and LWF) of approximately Rs. 3.22 lakhs p.a. for freshers to Rs. 3.82 lacs for candidates with experience; plus Rs. 15 Lakhs Medical Insurance cover (on confirmation) and Rs. 15 Lakhs Accidental Insurance cover (for freshers), and Festival/customary bonus, as and when announced by the management.

- Annual Retention bonus scheme is also on offer for new joinees
