Admission Counsellor (0-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students
2. Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
3. Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
4. Understand the requirements of students and pitch a suitable program.
5. Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process
Skills and Qualifications :
1. Bachelors- or master's degree in marketing or technology.
2. Ability to talk fluently in English and Hindi.
3. Strong listening skills.
