Role Definition :


The WorldGrad is seeking talented, sales-oriented professionals to build a strong student admissions team.


As the Admissions Associate, you will be responsible for :

1. Receiving fresh leads from various lead sources


2. Speaking with fresh leads to qualify them based on their profile and intent to study abroad (these parameters will be discussed)


3. Co-ordinate and setup the handover of this lead to a predetermined (regional) admissions counselors


4. Meticulous note taking and record keeping and usage of the CRM software to track all leads/conversations conducted


5. Apt follow-ups via multiple touchpoints to ensure a predetermined % of outreach contact ability is achieved


6. Represent The WorldGrad professionally and accurately to ensure the student continues the conversation with the senior admissions counselor


7. Adhere to Outreach and efficiency targets The Admissions Associate will be responsible for working directly as the 1 st level of interaction with prospective Students/Parents. They have the unique opportunity to represent The WorldGrad by being the first touch point with the students, and thus ensuring they project a strong and professional image of the organization.


Who are we looking for?


1. Qualification: Bachelor degree


2. Experience:


- 1-3 years of professional experience in either sales or admissions


- Experience in BPO Sales will also be considered


- Freshers may be considered but only after the above criteria are not yielding candidates


3. Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up mechanism


4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills


5. Technology: Comfortable with using CRM software - LSQ experience will be preferred 6. Entrepreneurial: Willing to quickly adapt and learn, and has a "get-it-done" attitude

Location : 91Springboard, Godrej Business Park, Gate 2 Plant 6, LBS Road, Vikhroli West, Mumbai - 400079

Work Days : Alternate 5 and 6 days working with a Sunday fixed off. (i.e. Candidates will work for 5 days in a week, 6 days in the following week, and repeat that)

Working Hours : 10.00am - 7.00pm


Time to Join : Immediate


Compensation : Best, as per industry standards
