Admission Advisor - Senior Educational Counsellor (2-10 yrs)

We have an immediate opening for the position of Admission Advisor at Bangalore location with one of our pioneered client into Educational Industry.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Salary: Upto 7.5 Lakhs

Role and Responsibility :

- Advise the registered students regarding all admission products and match students career aspirations and academic interest, personal and financial strength with the best-suited university options.

- Responsible as a single point interface for entire admissions value chain, to assist and guide students with college short listing, editing and submissions, visa and post- visa formalities.

- Regularly stay in touch with students, address students and parents queries and guide them regarding documentation and application submission process and timelines.

- Organize profile building sessions with students, guide them with respect to mock score test, mock visa sessions and guide them on interview preparation.

- Maintain data of all registered students and their Visa status.

- Responsible to fulfill KPI with respect to conversion regarding customized and Partner Universities and Visa conversion target for each intake.

- Responsible for student satisfaction, assessed through CSAT score based on feedback related to overall admissions services.

- Participate in organised trainings & certification- level improvement.

- Ensure TATS and SLAs are adhered to.

Skills Required :

- Meet conversion targets for Assigned Cases.

- Achieve Visa numbers for Customized Students (Partner+ Non Partner).

- Achieve targeted CSAT score as per framework.
