Job Description
Recruit new publishers through research, referrals and other avenues
Analyzing results of purchased media, making sure they fit with predetermined goals, while maximizing revenues and profits.
Maintain high level of communication with publishers, recommend new campaigns for publishers and provide performance feedback to advertiser team
Work in cross-departmental collaboration with Account Management, Sales Team, Finance, Accounting and Business Development
Required Experience/ Qualifications:
0-2 Years experience in media buying
Bachelor's Degree
Smart, energetic, detail-oriented and analytic
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiating skills
Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Comfortable learning new systems and tools and flexible to take on a variety of roles as required
