We are Seeking an eCommerce Marketing Specialist - SEO and Content within our growing eCommerce marketing team. The eCommerce Marketing Specialist - SEO and Content will be responsible for delivering and managing organic search engine optimization efforts to support customer acquisition and transaction goals. The eCommerce Marketing Specialist - SEO and Content will continuously identify new ways to develop, implement and support search engine optimization strategies and programs including on-site page optimization, keyword analysis, on-site and off-site content strategy, marketing campaign strategy. The eCommerce Marketing Specialist - SEO and Content will report into the Ecommerce Marketing Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for delivering and managing organic search engine optimization efforts to support customer acquisition and transaction goals.

- Continuously identify new ways to develop, implement and support search engine optimization strategies and programs.

- Development and creation of keywords as product line changes.

- Coordinate search engine campaigns through all phases of launch and maintenance; include creative development, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimization.

- Interact with Advertising and Product Development departments to assure web advertising is presented in a manner that best optimizes keywords.

- Work with IS teams to identify and create solutions for on-page site optimizations

- Review of site to optimize site and to de-rank negative website results.

- Create program plans based on eCommerce Marketing strategies including goals for retention, repeat purchases and new customer acquisition.

- Prepare, analyze and present accurate channel reports for review by management and executive management.

- Presents sound solutions and ideas for growth with cost /benefit numbers to back the recommendations.

- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, mobile, social media and email.

- Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must.

- Cooperation with, and influence on, web development and content creation to ensure SEO best practice is implemented at all times and agreed ranking targets are achieved

- Execute paid and unpaid campaigns across Facebook/Pinterest

- The development of a functional content calendar throughout the websites verticals, and defining the owners in each vertical to particular persona groups.

- Supervising content writers: giving right directions and being an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.

- Gathering data and handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results. Revise and measure particular content and marketing goals with Google Analytics.

- Delivery of innovative ideas to drive organic traffic and engagement performance

- Planning and management of day-to-day hands-on execution of SEO strategies, such as site audits, keyword research, link building, on- and off-page content optimization

- Keyword research

- Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.

- Establishing work-flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.

- Hiring and supervising of contentwriters in all content verticals.

- Develop story or content ideas, considering reader or audience appeal.

Qualifications:

- 4+ Years of experience in a related SEO and Content role with a B2C Retail company

- Experience managing the SEO and Content strategy and execution for company's websites

- Experience managing working relationships with third party vendors.

- Experience interfacing with other internal departments including advertising, merchandising and IS to execute program details.

- Experience maintaining series of regular management reports on search engine optimization efforts with insightful analysis.

- Experience maintaining excellence in digital media and future technologies in the marketplace.

- Knowledge of industry best practices in eCommerce marketing and SEO / Content strategies

- Experience gathering industry research, competitive landscape information and trade intelligence for SEO strategy development and optimization.

- Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on the analysis.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
