Job description: Develop our affiliate marketing program, including strategy, planning and execution. Proactively recruit new affiliate partners. Creatively negotiate partner contracts. Create new growth opportunities with new and existing affiliate partners. Analyze affiliate performance and ROI by reporting on acquisition costs and performance of acquired traffic in regards to conversation rates, traffic, retention, and lifetime value. Recommend and implement various strategies to optimize user sign up flows and maximize affiliate performance

Job Responsibilities:

- Negotiation of contracts and set up new affiliate accounts

- Prospect for new media publishers for Cost Per Click (CPC) offers and grow traffic volume after launching account.

- Manage Pricing, conversions and traffic quality per advertisers quotas and goals - Optimized revenue for publishers and monthly gross profit goals

- Generate substantial revenue growth for new and existing affiliate/publisher accounts

- Organize data using excel to forecast revenue and gross profit goals

- Ensure monthly forecasts are complete, accurate and on time.

- Launch and managed Pay Per Click (PPC) display media buys (CPM) with quality traffic partners and optimize according to advertiser Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)/Cost Per Lead (CPL) goals

- Attend online marketing industry conferences and represent and pitch company products

- Support the VP of Business Development to prospect Fortune 500 Agency advertisers.

- Prospect and initiate cold calls to prospective search affiliates to run our insurance widget/lead generation platform

- Initiate cold calls and emails to prospective clients and penetrate new business while identifying key decision makers

- Create compelling sales power point presentations to produce and design online marketing campaigns, including banners and up sell ad results listings.

- Work directly with affiliates, publishers, and bloggers over the phone and in person

- Maintain all affiliate relations, including program changes or enhancements, new program acceptance, new process installations and complete structured follow-up call plans with all affiliates assigned

- Achieve high satisfaction ratings

- Complete affiliate enrollment requirements as identified by the company

- Review terms & conditions, program guidelines with affiliates

- Provide resources and support to affiliates

- Maintain, and update affiliate records, while fully documenting all communications and activities with affiliates in Company database

- Prepare paperwork to activate, and maintain contract services

- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by Company

- Working in cross-departmental collaboration with Account Management, Sales Team, Finance, Accounting and Business Development.

Position Requirements

- Provide excellent customer service, and avoid BBB complaints

- Experience with online/digital marketing and media buying models

- Excellent communications, phone and business relations service skills

- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendors and partners

- Ability to understand, and effectively describe products and programs offered by Company

- Ability to overcome objections and close prospective merchants who produce consumer loans business

- Strong problem solving skills, ability to anticipate and eliminate problems prior to escalation

- Handle affiliate complaints, ability to de-escalate challenging situations prior to complaints

- Computer savvy with the ability to effectively utilize system tools and resources

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple merchant accounts at the same time

- Ability to meet department and personal goals as established by Company
