Metadome is a visual computing company that will provide no-code infrastructure to millions of creators and brands to build and host 1B+ immersive experiences for the virtual world by 2023. We are using our existing expertise in augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and computer vision to build a one-one mapping of the real world and create an experience of life beyond the real world.

What you will do?

- Identify opportunities for growth, formulate business expansion strategies and develop sales strategies to acquire new clients

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.

- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, solution proposing, presentation, negotiating and closing.

- Respond to client questions and concerns, follow up on quotations.

- Assist in the completion of RFPs for the purpose of obtaining new projects.

- Objectively determine alignment between customer's needs and our product.

- Present value proposition and business cases with clear quantitative RoI; analytical thinking.

- Build and maintain healthy relationships with key stakeholders like CEOs, CMOs, CDOs, Sales & Marketing Heads, etc. of potential organisations.

- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance

- Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients

- Meet and exceed monthly sales quota through outbound leads - strategically selling the company's various propositions to new prospects in a consultative manner

We are looking for:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in selling technology/ digital products in EMEA, APAC regions.

- Prior Martech/Media/digital/ IT SaaS/IT product sales experience

- Experience in dealing with Auto, Beauty and Accessories clients.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with big Enterprise.

- Demonstrated excellent client relations, interpersonal and communication skills, through which you can influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Comfortable in liaising and networking with C-level customers.

- Strong presenter and communicator with experience presenting to executives.

- You are able to create and deliver presentations to the audience needs.

- Master of the art and science of negotiation.

- You like to listen first and then respond; you don't react.

- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Demonstrated excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Bonus points if you have:

- Prior experience at a startup is a plus.
