Qualification : Graduate, preferably in science/ engineering

Experience : 0 to 3 years in sales and marketing

Salary : 1,25,000 to 1,80,000 per annum.

Job Description :

- Managing and expanding business as per the business plan in the existing and new geographies.

- Making inquiries and lead generation.

- Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region including cold calling.

- Travelling to visit potential clients.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.

- Confer with customer's Purchase & Design team to assess the needs and to determine the requirements.

- Collaborate with team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

- Recommend improved materials, machinery or concepts to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.

- Secure and renew orders, Payment Follow-ups, Delivery support, on time reports.

- Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers, managing and interpreting customer requirements.

- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs and offering after-sales support services.

- Analysing costs and sales.

- Meeting regular sales targets.

- Recording and maintaining client contact data.

- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.

- Any other responsibility as per the business need.

Skills :

- Ability to understand technology.

- Pleasant personality, good communication skills written and verbal in English and Hindi.

- Knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.

- Ready to travel on short notice pan India.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
