Aditya Grand Vacation - Team Leader -International Holiday (1-3 yrs)
- Understanding clients requirement and offering packages accordingly
- Preparing itineraries, costing, hotel booking and customization of international packages
- Well versed in selling outbound leisure holiday packages for Dubai, Sri Lanka, Hongkong, Macau, Thailand, Malaysia, Mauritius and Maldives
- Offering flexible Tour Packages to meet the needs of different clients
- Achieving the assigned sales targets
- Responsible for ensuring that the tour is operated smoothly
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members- feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Required Profile:
- Work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Should be enthusiastic with good communication skills
- Good convincing and selling skills
- Go-Getter attitude
- Strong Destination Knowledge - Mauritius, Maldives Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai, Hong Kong, Macao and Bali
- Candidate should be well versed with Holiday Packages
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
