Roles and Responsibilities :

- Should have a good working knowledge of off-page SEO and should be able to perform all off-page activities such as profile listing, classified link building, content promotion, etc.

- Good command on GMB Optimization.

- Ability to undertake competitor analysis and understand their ranking factors.

- Work closely with the team to ensure our SEO practices are properly implemented

- Preparing detailed tracking reports on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics

- Develop and implement link building strategy.

- Create 100-200 quality manual backlinks daily.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- The ideal candidate is someone with 1-2 years of experience in search engine optimization (SEO) in creating quality backlinks for US based business.

- The candidate must be comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and others.

- Experience in lead generation & Local SEO is a plus.

- Candidates who have worked in fast-paced environments like those of startups or new and growing business divisions would be preferred.

- The candidate should share our mindset of working with incremental improvements and must be open to learn new things quickly. We are looking for someone who can work independently with a result-focus and is not afraid to experiment within accountability.

- The candidate should be solution-oriented with the ability to think clearly, logically and even laterally, when presented with a problem. We need someone who can communicate freely and fluently and can work efficiently in an environment of remote team members.

- Good time-management skills

Work timings - 9:00 pm IST to 7:00 am IST - Monday to Saturday. (10 hour shift with 1.5 hours of breaks - one hour for lunch and two breaks of 15 minutes each)
