Job Summary -

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology, particularly with proficiency in Excel and SQL, and be open to working in a generalist role that involves assisting in sales, marketing, and product management. The Sales Manager should also be willing to travel and conduct field visits to engage with field sales team and customers, and understand their needs. A background in B.Tech would be preferable for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

- Identify new sales opportunities and markets for expansion.

- Utilize advanced Excel and SQL skills to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.

- Assist in various aspects of the business, including marketing and product management.

- Conduct on-site visits to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.

- Provide feedback to the team to enhance product offerings and customer service.

- Mentor and coach the sales team to foster growth and development.

- Ensure the team is motivated and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in B.Tech.

- Proven experience in sales and sales management.

- Strong technical proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Adaptability and willingness to work in a generalist role.

- Ability to travel and conduct field visits as needed.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
