Job Description :
- Manage Microfinance group loans for Kosh
- Manage multiple loan groups simultaneously, and ensure proper loan application as per credit policies.
- Educate customers on loan terms and ensure clear communication of fees, interest rate, instalments, collection rules etc.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
- Visit customers on a regular basis and assist them with any queries.
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.
- Travel throughout the territory and conduct marketing activities to generate leads.
