Addlios - Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a creative graphic designer who can handle responsibilities as mentioned below-
Key Responsibilities:
1. To approach your project briefs with an outgoing, energetic, and creative manner.
2. Research is the key, know your audience, your client and look.
3. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts based on your client's requirements.
4. Be a team player, and work alongside with copywriters, designers and account managers
5. Be willing to learn and grow, learning new skills and understanding the new mediums for today technology.
6. Working systematically and in an organized method on your projects helping meet with team expectations.
7. Have the ability to work with a wide range of media from design to graphics
8. Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team
9. Have experience in conceptual and design thinking
10. Ability to work under pressure, and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once
11. Have experience in digital, graphic and web design
Key Requirements:
1. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Corel Draw and other design based software
2. Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
3. Strong Visualization and articulation abilities.
Education & Experience:
1-2 year's experience in a design/creative firm
