ADDA - Associate Manager - Upsell (1-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibility :
- Sell a Solution tailor-made with a lot of love for a very Specific problem - A Problem faced by every Residential Community in India and the World.
- Present the Product via meetings - offline or online.
- Follow up with impact and close deals, meet and exceed targets.
- Contribute to Sales Strategy sessions with Sales Ennoblement Teams
- Diligently Managing Accounts in CRM.
- Be appraised with market-happenings and Industry-inputs.
- Channelize customer inputs to the right Product stakeholders
- Has problem solving attitude towards Selling.
- Has communication skills that create positive outcomes - spoken and written.
- Excellent email writing skills
- Very adaptive to new selling strategies in a fast changing market.
- Expert in leveraging at least one CRM software towards selling smart.
- Drive revenue expansion in existing client base
