Adapt.io - Sales Development Role (1-4 yrs)

About this Role: We are currently looking to hire enthusiastic SDRs. This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are focused on the preliminary stages of the sales cycle and are the face of Adapt.io. The SDR team is responsible for identifying opportunities and generating a sales pipeline. This role has the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Responsibilities :

- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market - Outbound prospecting

- Manage inbound leads, qualify the MQLs & book demos for the ISRs- Inbound

- Do research on companies/ target audience, and build an effective sales pipeline.

- Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.

- Be the brand ambassador of Adapt.io and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.

- Craft creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.

- Manage Live chats from website

What we're seeking :

- 1-4 years of work experience in any customer-facing IT sales role.

- Clear, comprehensive, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.

- Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning advanced technologies

- Ability to cross collaborate with internal teams as well as end customers.

- Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and self- driven.

- Ability to manage your tasks independently

- Flexibility in working in US shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory.

Good to have :

- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies

- Exposure to tools & CRMs like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce.

- The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets / Exposed to targets
