Role and Responsibilities :

Client (Media Agency) lifecycle management :

- Responsible for end-to-end journey of Media agencies with BFL which includes brands onboarding, conversion, contract signoff, Campaign run, Sharing Reverse Campaign analysis with Brands.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with Advertisement agencies and Brand Aggregators.

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

- Address Brand inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Identify Brands upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Supporting Sales :

- Develop and implement effective advertising sales strategies by generating leads through outbound lead generation activities (emails, calls, social media etc.)

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Map market for increase in month-on-month revenue, maintain funnel (Existing clients & new clients)

- Work closely with Pre sales, creative, finance, campaigns, data teams.

Ideal Candidate :

- Be a self-motivated and focused team player with great organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Sales Hustler

- Have great communication skills, should be persuasive and should be able to handle extreme negotiations.

- Great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills will be a plus.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing Client relationship management.

- Present sales, revenue projection reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.


- Prior experience of Media, Ad-tech or Retail Start-up is a plus.

- Advertising Agency, Media Companies, Media Aggregator, Ad Tech Start-Up, Digital Advertising BD or Sales.

- Graduate with Media, OOH Branding & D-OOH Advertising Experience, MBA and 2-3 Years of Experience for Masters and 3-5 for Graduate.

- Preferred Candidate worked with Advertising Agency, Media Companies, Media Aggregator, Ad Tech Start-Up.
