Job Description: Sales Engineer - International Business.

MARKETING

- Prepare a thorough database of potential distributor companies for assigned product segment in various countries.

- Generate distributor enquiry in designated countries by creating awareness for company's products through INTERNET, MAILEER, ADVERTISE and PORMOTIONS for each country.

- Get the thorough knowledge of the assigned product segment and penetrate in countries.

- Explore all possible opportunities for promotion in these countries.

- Gather Market intelligence including potential distributor, competitor business and possible potential business for each given country and report it to management.

- Search for the potential international shows in the designated region through various mediums & report it to the management.

- Motivate the distributor for achieving higher sales by increasing their presence and helping him to sell more in their region. Also motivate them to participate important show in their region which in turn would increase our presence.

- Strive to achieve the periodically given sales target

SERVICE

- He needs to visit international market for training service engineers of our distributors and attend exhibitions and seminars and he may need to travel extensively.

- Provide direct service support to all the international distributors.

- Effectively communicate with the International certification bodies for getting the international certifications of our products.

- Work as bridge between distributor and factory to make sure technical requirement of distributor are satisfied.

- Assist in document drafting like manuals, technical sheets.

- Must have a very good command over communication

Quick Learner and Understand the Products technically

- Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal

- A positive and determined approach for researching and analyzing new business opportunities

- Strong interpersonal skills and command over communication in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation

- excellent organizational and time management skills with highest integrity and ethics in favor of company

- Good command over using Internet and computer.

- Strong client management skills and capable for problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions

- Willing to travel extensively

- Self-Motivated

Job Location: Naigaon, Vasai (Mumbai)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience :-

- B.E/B. Tech in Electronic/ Electronics & Telecommunication

- Experience in Sales & handling the key accounts

- Salary CTC : 2.4 lac to 3 Lac per Annum

- Age Limit : Between 25 years to 30 years
