At Acviss Technologies we are transforming the anti-counterfeiting industry, supply chain and e-commerce buying impacting millions of people the world over. The flagship product Certify leverages Mobile, Cryptography and Computer Vision at its core. The Founders have close to 20 years of entrepreneurial experience.

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Success Manager waiting to be part of a high-impact disruptive enterprise. The candidate should be able to create business strategies, create a new customer base and can manage Indian operations as well.

What's Your Role?

There will be lots of fun and challenges in expanding the customer base area of the product and you will have the pleasure of growing and owning a part of the company.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Executives.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client. - Determining a client's business requirements and finding the right suitability.

- Participation/conduct of events and ready to travel (50% travel across India)

Requirements :

- MBA / BE degree or a related field

- Successful previous experience of a minimum 4 years as a senior sales executive or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise, mature and proficient.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Ability to handle Presentations/work on Proposals.

Note: Sales experience in Printing & Packaging/ Pharma machines/ Supply Chain (OR) POS Softwares / Softwares to Brands (B2C) also can apply.
