Activos - Manager - Sales (2-3 yrs)
- Build new business opportunities by identifying prospects
- Maintaining relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers & Large strategic Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance
- Preparing & sending commercial proposals to clients
- Grow revenue from existing clients
- Work with backend team to ensure delivery commitment
- Building healthy funnel/ pipeline for incremental business from new/ existing clients
- Meeting monthly sales targets
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in relevant industry(Architects, Interior Design firms)
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and sales software
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in sales & business development with Architects, Interior Design or hospitality firms will be an added advantage
