Nature of Job :


- Using their knowledge as well as retention and cross selling skills, these professionals will address queries, provide support and get financial support from donors, as required, to keep them satisfied and enable ActionAid to receive funding.

- He/she are required to have an in-depth knowledge about the work of ActionAid (on which they will be oriented).

- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

- Convincing the donors and retaining them.

- Improve donor satisfaction levels and retention.

- Building and managing strong relationships with prospective donors and the team

- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively

Experience :

- Any Graduate, with 0 to 3 years of experience in Direct Sales/Telesales preferably from a proactive telemarketing role

Who can apply : Fresher's and Experienced (0 to 3 Years )

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for donor acquisition through tele-calling - inbound and outbound.

- Converting leads generation

- Data entry, phone etiquette

- Strong sales orientation and experience on any (sales process).

- Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of donors to the Line Manager.

- Any other task as may be assigned by the Line Manager

Reporting Senior Manager - Supporter Services Unit

- Travel As per role requirement

Skills and Competencies :


- Good communication skills in English and regional languages

- Should have Convincing Power.

- Excellent skills in all applications of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel is essential.

Salary & Benefits Approximately : INR.18,000- 27,000 Per Month based on qualification and experience.


- This includes contributions towards PF and gratuity.

- It also includes, other benefits-Group Medical Insurance with coverage of Staff & Dependents; Personal Accident Insurance of staff and Gratuity is payable as per the law and norms of the organisation.
