CS Network Pvt Ltd is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for outbound calls. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote our products. This is a work-from-home position, offering a competitive salary range of - 10,000 to - 20,000 per month.

- Key Responsibilities:-

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to present and explain our products/services.

2. Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.

3. Listen to customer concerns and address any questions or objections they may have.

4. Persuade customers to purchase by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Requirements:-

1. Excellent communication skills in [Language(s)].

2. Previous experience in outbound sales or customer support is preferred but not required.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

6. Must have a personal mobile phone with a stable internet connection.
